In this position, you will be responsible for the ins and outs of one or more of our locations - a super challenging and varying role within ParcPro's.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will manage the reservation system of vacation parks and also their websites. You adjust prices and set up promotions. Meanwhile, you also keep an eye on the (Online & Social) marketing of our customers. You support the park managers and park management of our clients and keep your finger on the pulse of the operation. You interact with guests at the parks as needed and help solve any problems in the operation at the parks.
WHEN ARE YOU OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE?
- You have a commercial education HBO+
- You have previous experience in the hospitality or leisure industry.
- You are good with computers and digital tools
- You have excellent communication skills and a friendly, guest-oriented attitude.
- You are able to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

We offer a dynamic internship for a driven intern who is passionate about leisure, commerce, operations and (online & social) marketing. As an intern you will have the opportunity to participate in various aspects within our rapidly growing organization.
Job Description:
As an intern you will work closely with our team and contribute to various tasks within the organization. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in the role of Product Manager, where you will be involved in managing the reservation system, associated website(s) and channels. You will play an important role in the success of our Resorts and be co-responsible for an optimal image.
What will you do as an Intern? 💻
- Support in the management of the reservation system and related website(s) and channels.
- Actively participate in (online & social) marketing activities, including adjusting prices and setting up promotions.
- Monitor and manage marketing campaigns and ensure that all expressions and campaigns are effective.
- Assist in operations at the parks, liaising with guests and resolving operational issues.
- Thinking along in the development of the resorts and strengthening their unique identity.

Who we are looking for 👀
- Skilled in Dutch and English.
- Strong communication and social skills.
- Energetic, humorous and ambitious.
- Able to formulate and execute data-driven strategies.
Your skills 💪🏼
- Minimum higher vocational (HBO) level of thinking.
- Experience in leisure (hotel industry, vacation parks, resorts, travel companies) is a plus.
- Enthusiasm and motivation are just as important as experience.
